Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients and maintain availability for our services, Elixir Health and Wellness operates under the following booking and cancellation policies. Appointments & Scheduling All sessions at Elixir Health and Wellness are scheduled by appointment only. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and our services require dedicated equipment, staff time, and preparation. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the session, and no credit will be provided. No-shows may result in the loss of the session without refund or credit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. This policy applies to all services, including single sessions, packages, and memberships. Packages & Memberships All sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law. Packages and memberships must be used within their stated expiration period. Unused sessions expire and are not eligible for extension, credit, or refund. Membership sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership agreement. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. Full session credit may still apply. Service Modifications & Refusals Elixir Health and Wellness reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue services if a client: Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol Fails to follow staff instructions or safety guidelines Engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior In such cases, the session, membership, or package may be forfeited without refund. Policy Updates Elixir Health and Wellness reserves the right to update pricing, services, and policies with reasonable notice. Acknowledgment By booking or participating in services at Elixir Health and Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
