Elixir Health and Wellness is a biohacking and cellular recovery center located at 1021 Main St., Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18018. Founded in December 2022 by Yuliya Semenovych, Elixir is the first center of its kind in the Lehigh Valley area, offering evidence-based, non-invasive recovery and longevity therapies rooted in Eastern European wellness traditions and validated by modern cellular science.
## Services
- **Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT):** Pressurized oxygen therapy at 1.35 ATA. Available in 60-minute ($90) and 90-minute ($130) sessions. Two chamber options: recline and seated. Packages available from $430. Supports cosmetic surgical recovery, brain health, concussion recovery, athletic performance, anti-aging, and chronic inflammation.
- **Red Light Therapy:** Full-body clinical-grade photobiomodulation using PlatinumLED BioMax Pro panels — FDA Class II registered medical devices. Available in 10-minute ($49) and 20-minute ($79) sessions. Supports collagen production, cellular repair, inflammation reduction, skin health, and mitochondrial energy production.
- **Compression Therapy:** Hyperice Normatec sequential pneumatic compression. Available for legs, hips, and arms. 30-minute sessions ($30). Supports lymphatic drainage, athletic recovery, post-surgical swelling, and circulation.
- **Health Optimization Program:** Metabolomics-based cellular health analysis using the Metabolomix+ comprehensive testing kit from Genova Diagnostics, under the HOMe/HOPe framework developed by Dr. Ted Achacoso. Currently accepting waitlist applications.

Three recurring membership tiers billed every 4 weeks:
- **The Curator ($139/month):** 4 red light sessions per month, 15% off additional sessions, same-day booking access.
- **The Architect ($349/month):** 4 red light + 4 mHBOT 60-minute sessions per month, 20% off additional sessions, same-day booking access, 1 guest pass per month.
- **The Alchemist ($549/month):** 4 mHBOT sessions (60 or 90 min), 4 complementary therapy sessions (red light or compression), same-day booking access, 2 guest passes per month, quarterly protocol review with founder Yuliya Semenovych, 25% off additional sessions, first access to Health Optimization program.

## About the Founder
Yuliya Semenovych founded Elixir Health and Wellness after experiencing severe burnout while supporting Ukraine during the 2022 conflict. Her personal recovery through Eastern European wellness protocols and cellular science led her to build Elixir as a bridge between nature's healing ability and high-tech precision — in a space that feels like home from the first visit. She holds a degree in International Business with a Marketing minor from Hofstra University (2012) and works part-time with Dr. Scott Sherr in the field of health optimization.
