WHAT: Level Up for the New Year WHEN: Tuesday, December 17th at 6:45pm - 8:15pm *Doors close at 7pm WHERE: Elixir Health and Wellness *1021 Main St., Bethlehem PA 18018 *FREE street parking COST: $25 *Prepayment required DESCRIPTION: Hand's on workshop using innovative strategies to reflect, focus, and make a plan so can you hit the new year running as the truest version of your ideal self, hosted and led by myself and Mitzi. We will do a deep, actionable dive into your relationship with your personal life conflicts, get you to figure out your most important next steps, and help you commit to making it happen now. WHAT YOU NEED: Bring an open mindset, a pen, and a yoga mat or something to sit on the floor. We will provide all other materials.
